Sub-Pump

In order to fix the flooding issue from September, Tyler spent a bit of time installing a permanent sub-pump into the basement.

I missed ALL of this work. I’m guessing I was at work? Or walking the dog? I didn’t even realize this was happening. So all I have for you is pictures of the finished product, basement and hose out in the yard.

What does “The Quiet Check Valve” mean? Why does it have water in it? I will likely never know.

And here is a view from a farther perspective. Yeah for avoiding future flooding!
